Unsightly curtains

Living in a high-rise condo, we have lots of neighbors who have put up cheap panels from Target, etc. to cover their windows. These look unsightly and detract from the design of the building. Always consider how things look when people look up at the building. Or else move to a really ugly building where no one cares.

On the way home down NE 8th in Bellevue, WA, I noticed a very large older woman with brightly died red hair which also means the white scalp has turned pink. Why do woman want to make themselves look like clowns?
